TERMS
OF SALE OVERVIEW
We reserve the
right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the
vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms
of sale apply to all of our auctions.
If you are interested in a "buy it
now" price, please contact our office at (910) 616-3595, and
we will contact our Client. Our Client's buy it now price
should be much LOWER than retail. Our Client
may sell this vehicle before the auction ends if that "buy it
now" price is met. Almost always our auctions exceed that
price, but often our Client's are willing to do this to make a quick, guaranteed
sell.
Payment
Terms:
The
successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable
deposit made payable to our Client, within 3 business days of the close of the auction
to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining
balance due to our Client, (plus applicable fees and taxes), within 5 days
of the close of the auction. All financial transactions
must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Certified check, wire transfer, or
3rd-party financing.
Fees
and Taxes:
Out
of state buyers are responsible for all state, county,
city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in
the state that the vehicle will be registered.
NC Buyers are responsible to their City, and
the State of North Carolina for all taxes,
tags, and fees.
Administrative
Fee:
There will be a $195
administrative fee added to all transactions.
